- Isn't: QoL features, balance changes, new content
- World stays vanilla-loadable (no prefab/recipe/save format changes)
- Harmony rewrites run after other mods; stand down if another mod already fixed the site
Client-side fixes matter because dedicated servers are not full simulation hosts. Correctness toggles include fuel/ore loss refunds, boss key share, map auto-close fixes, dungeon stall recovery, etc.
